Over caliche this often means an added drainage layer, since the hardpan will not take any of it and water sitting under the turf beside a pool is a problem you notice fast.

No clippings, no dirt

Grass clippings clog skimmers and filters. Decomposed granite gets tracked in on wet feet and settles on the pool floor. Turf sheds neither.

Design

Turf integrates cleanly with paver decking, stamped concrete and natural stone coping. A common Scottsdale layout is a turf panel between the coping and the block wall — soft, green, zero maintenance, and it breaks up an expanse of hardscape that otherwise radiates heat.
