Most problems are fixable without replacing the whole yard.
Turf rarely fails all at once. It develops specific problems in specific places, and most are repairable for a fraction of replacement cost.
The most common call in this climate. Turf expands in extreme heat, and if it was not stretched adequately at installation it relaxes and buckles — usually appearing for the first time in a July that is hotter than the one before. Restretching and re-anchoring resolves it.
Adhesive failure or ground movement. We lift, clean back to sound material, and re-seam properly.
A genuine and underappreciated problem in Scottsdale. Low-E windows can concentrate reflected sunlight enough to melt turf fibres in a focused strip, and this valley has the sun to do it. No warranty covers it. Damaged sections patch well, and screening or window film prevents recurrence.
Grills, fire pits and cigarettes. Melted fibres do not recover but patch cleanly with matched turf. Keep your offcuts — they colour-match perfectly.
Re-anchoring, and patching where fibres are shredded.
High-traffic paths flatten and infill migrates over years. Power brooming with fresh infill stands fibres back up and often restores turf people assumed was finished.
If the base failed — standing water, ruts, widespread settling — surface repairs will not hold. We will say so rather than take payment for a fix that reopens. Replacement options.
We repair any installation.
Most repairs fall between $250 and $950 depending on scope. Power brooming and infill top-up is usually the low end. Call and describe the problem for a realistic range.
Most estimates are scheduled within 48 hours.
